01 Services

Six capabilities, scoped honestly and delivered by the people who scoped them.

Every engagement starts the same way: what is the number you are trying to move, and who is losing time today. The capability follows from the answer.

01

Custom Software Development

Systems built around how your business actually runs — not around the limits of an off-the-shelf tool you have outgrown.

We take on the workflows that spreadsheets and generic SaaS stopped serving: asset tracking, internal operations, approvals, scheduling, reporting. The result is software your team can be trained on in an afternoon, documented well enough to hand to anyone, and structured so the next feature is cheap rather than a rewrite.

What you get

  • Discovery workshop and written scope
  • Architecture and data model design
  • Full-stack build with staged releases
  • Admin tooling and role-based access
  • Handover documentation and team training

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

Infrastructure that deploys on a Friday without anyone holding their breath.

Most teams do not have a hosting problem — they have a repeatability problem. We set up environments, pipelines and monitoring so that shipping is boring: one command, a predictable result, and an obvious way back if something is wrong. Existing servers get audited, hardened and documented before anything is migrated.

What you get

  • Environment setup: dev, staging, production
  • CI/CD pipelines with automated checks
  • Zero-downtime deploys and rollback path
  • Backups, uptime monitoring and alerting
  • Cost review and right-sizing

Web & Mobile Applications

Fast, accessible products for the browser and the phone, built from one considered design system.

Marketing sites that load instantly and rank. Dashboards that stay legible at 2,000 rows. Mobile apps for the people doing the work on the floor, in the warehouse, or on the road. We treat performance and accessibility as build requirements, not a cleanup pass that gets cut when the deadline moves.

What you get

  • UI design system and component library
  • Responsive web application build
  • Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
  • Offline-tolerant data handling
  • Performance, SEO and accessibility passes

Data, Analytics & AI

Turning the numbers you already collect into decisions someone can actually act on this week.

This is where NityaTech started. We clean and reconcile the messy sources, define the metrics properly so two departments stop reporting different revenue, and build dashboards people open on purpose. Where a language model genuinely helps — document search, support triage, natural-language queries over your own data — we scope it narrowly and measure whether it earned its place.

What you get

  • Data audit, cleaning and validation
  • KPI definitions agreed across teams
  • Power BI / web dashboards
  • Automated recurring reporting
  • Scoped AI assistants over your own data

Cybersecurity & Compliance

A clear-eyed look at where you are exposed, and a fix list ordered by real risk rather than alarm.

We review authentication, access control, dependencies, backups and data handling, then give you a plain-language report: what is actually dangerous, what is untidy, and what can wait. Fixes are implemented alongside your team so the knowledge stays in the building after we leave.

What you get

  • Application and infrastructure security review
  • Access control and authentication hardening
  • Dependency and vulnerability audit
  • Backup and disaster-recovery plan
  • Prioritised remediation report

IT Consulting & Managed Support

An engineering partner on retainer, for teams that need senior judgement more often than they need a full hire.

Some months that means a roadmap, a build-versus-buy call, or a vendor you need a second opinion on. Other months it is patching, monitoring and keeping the lights on. You get a named engineer who already knows your systems, a defined response window, and a monthly note on what changed and what is coming.

What you get

  • Technology roadmap and architecture review
  • Vendor and build-vs-buy assessment
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates
  • Defined-response support window
  • Monthly written status report

03 How we work

Four steps, and you know where you stand at every one

No black box, no monthly invoice for work you cannot see. You get something to look at every week and a written record of every decision.

01

Understand

A working session with the people who will use the thing. We map the current process, find where time actually leaks, and write down what success looks like in numbers.

02

Scope

A written proposal: what gets built, what deliberately does not, the sequence, the cost and the dates. No work starts until you have read it and agreed.

03

Build

Short cycles with something you can click at the end of each one. You see progress weekly, and course corrections happen while they are still cheap.

04

Hand over

Deployment, documentation and training for your team. You own the code and the accounts. Support continues if you want it, not because you are locked in.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem in plain language and we will tell you what it actually calls for.
