A small firm, deliberately.

Personal portfolioThe best technical decision is often to build less.
I spent the early part of my career in data — cleaning it, reconciling it, and rebuilding the monthly reports that told a company what was actually happening. Accuracy went up 25%, manual effort went down 30%, and almost none of that came from clever code. It came from getting three teams to agree on what a number meant.
Then I built systems: a QR-based asset register for an industrial plant, inventory software for a distributor, retention analysis for a subscription business. The pattern held every time. The hard part was never the framework. It was working out which twenty percent of the requested feature list would carry eighty percent of the value, and having the nerve to say so before the invoice was written.
NityaTech is that way of working, formalised. Small senior teams. Written scope before a line of code. Direct contact with the engineer building your system. Documentation and ownership handed over properly at the end, so that staying with us is a choice rather than a consequence.

Platform
Four commitments we will be held to
Say the hard thing early
If a request will not work, or will cost more than it returns, you hear that in week one — not in the retrospective. A vendor who only agrees with you is not worth paying.
Build for the person after us
Code is written to be read by whoever inherits it. Documentation ships with the release, not after it. You should never be locked in by confusion.
Measure what we claimed
Every engagement starts with a number we are trying to move. At the end we check it honestly, including when the answer is uncomfortable.
Small, senior, accountable
You work directly with the engineer building your system. No layers of account management between the question and the answer.
Three ways to work with us
Fixed Scope
Best when the outcome is clear
A defined build, a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Suited to a specific system you already know you need.
- Written scope before work begins
- Fixed price, fixed timeline
- Weekly demo of working software
- Handover, docs and training included
Dedicated Engineering
Best when the roadmap is still moving
Reserved engineering capacity each month, working as an extension of your team, with priorities you set at the start of every cycle.
- Monthly reserved capacity
- You set the sprint priorities
- Direct access, no intermediaries
- Scale up or down with notice
Managed Retainer
Best when it is already built
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, security patching and improvement for systems in production, with a defined response window.
- Defined response window
- Proactive monitoring and patching
- Monthly written status report
- Named engineer who knows your stack
A short, honest history
First lines, first prizes
Diploma in IT underway in Pune, alongside an internship in data collection and SQL analysis. First place at UDAAN 2022 — the first sign this was more than coursework.
Building in public
Diploma completed. Placed at SPARKLE, TECHNOITION and NIRMITEE in the same year, building stock management and analysis systems that real users touched.
Data at work
Data Analyst at FutureForge Studios — monthly KPI reporting rebuilt, accuracy up 25%, manual effort down 30%. The habit of measuring the claim starts here.
Full-stack delivery
Software Developer at Vasundhara Logistics, delivering a QR-based industrial asset management system end to end: React Native field app, Next.js dashboard, Express API.
NityaTech
B.Tech in AI & Data Science completed at Vishwakarma University. NityaTech formalises the way of working that produced everything above.
