I started in data — cleaning it, reconciling it, and building the reports that told people what was actually happening. That work teaches you something you cannot learn from architecture diagrams: almost every technical problem inside a company is really a clarity problem wearing a technical costume.

So NityaTech works the other way round from most firms. We start with the number you are trying to move and the person whose day is being wasted. Only then do we talk about what to build — and sometimes the honest answer is that you should buy something off the shelf and keep your money. You will hear that from us if it is true.

What you get is a small, senior team, direct access to the engineer doing the work, and software you own outright with documentation good enough to hand to somebody else. That last part matters. If leaving us would be painful, we have built the wrong thing.
