Rescheduling — always free
Life happens. You may reschedule a consultation free of charge by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 70301 20137 at least 24 hours before your slot. We will move you to any available time that suits you.
There is no limit on reasonable rescheduling, and no fee.
Cancellations and refunds

The tiers exist because a reserved slot is time we have set aside and cannot fill at short notice. Rescheduling — which costs you nothing — is almost always the better option.
If we cancel
If we need to cancel or postpone for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled slot at your convenience, whichever you prefer.
After a consultation has taken place
Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is not refundable. We are selling our time and analysis, and both have been provided.
If you feel the consultation was not what was described on the service page, tell us within 7 days. We will review it honestly, and where we agree we fell short we will offer a further session or a partial refund. We would rather resolve a genuine complaint than keep money we have not earned.
Products (crystal bracelets and remedies)
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including return postage.
- Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is yours to pay, and we refund the product cost.
- Hygiene: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of worn items unless faulty.
Please note that crystals are natural stones. Small variations in colour, size and pattern are inherent to the material and are not defects.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, it is initiated within 3 working days and typically reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
No guarantee of outcomes
To be explicit: we do not offer refunds on the basis that a reading did not produce a particular life outcome. As set out in our Terms of Use, numerology is interpretive guidance, not a guaranteed result, and no honest practitioner can promise otherwise.
